Optimum Climates LLC is a top notch company. Matt is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, great at explaining what he is doing or what he recommends, respectful of our home, and just an all around great guy that we are lucky to have to maintain our fuel oil boiler.
I called Matt at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night and he was at my house by 7:40pm the same night. Had troubles with my furnace and he fixed it right up! He showed my husband and I how to trouble shoot our furnace and explained to us what was happening and what he did to fix it. I would highly recommend using this service!
Matt and his team were a pleasure to work with, would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs plumbing or HVAC work. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, not pushy at all (which I wish more contractors were like), and completed the job in a timely manner just as he had quoted. Super fair price, no surprises, and a great job overall. Will definitely reach out for future work!!
