Jeff came out to check my roof and give me an estimate since I had a small leak inside my house. When he came, there was snow on the roof so he couldn't get up there but told me to call him when it melted and he would come back to put up a tarp to hold me until I could get it replaced even if I didn't go with them. This was before I ever got an estimate!! While texting with him a couple days later, he asked me if the snow was gone and actually came back out to put the tarp up. Who does that anymore? While they do a wonderful job with the roof on the home, they also care about who is under that roof. They were quick to responded to my initial request and provided me with an estimate and time until completion in under 48 hours. The work was high quality. I would recommended them to everybody.

Fantastic experience with Tom. He diagnosed the issue immediately and made the repair free of charge since it was a simple fix. You can tell customer satisfaction is most important with them. Will definitely use them again in the future!
