My experience started fall last year when it took over a month to get a permit from city this company was so patient with me in getting me scheduled and from the moment I met the sales guy to the final walk thru inspection it was seem less. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing/gutter needs they did it all for me and I was super pleased with the craftsmanship and how the crew operates safely and they got everything done. They do it in steps with different crews but each crew was excellent and even clean up after was amazing. I lost a large section of my tile roof in a wind storm right before fall/winter while my wife was pregnant with our second. From the very first call to 1st choice they were incredible. They worked quickly to get out and secure the exposed part of the roof and worked extremely hard to make sure insurance adequately covered the damages to our home. Having not gone through a lot of home claims for a roof, I was mostly at a loss so I was really happy to learn they had a public adjuster to help.
