Brecksville Plumbing replaced the gas shut off valve, water shut off valves, new vent, added an expansion tank, and new water heater with pan under it. They were reasonably priced, and the installation was very professional looking compared to the old one. They cleaned up when they were completed. I would highly recommend them.“

“Big thanks to Melvin for his exceptional work on clearing our bathtub drain and performing maintenance on our water heater. He was also patient with my dad, who kept him busy with many questions while he was working. I had previously engaged another service to maintain my water heater. The technician from the previous company simply inspected the water heater and declared it too old to flush. He warned that the heater would fail if he attempted to flush it and advised us to get a new one, charging us a fee just for the visit. I was under the impression that our water heater was beyond saving. Then Melvin came along. Not only did he flush our water heater successfully, but he also didn't charge extra for the visit or for inspecting the clogged bathtub drain. I brought up the bathtub drain issue to a colleague, who recommended a plumbing service they had a positive experience with. I informed my colleague that it was, in fact, the same service that had just completed the work at my home. I've been hesitant to use large companies in the past, fearing they would charge more. However, this particular service offered a fair, if not better, price for the work they did. They've certainly earned a spot on my go-to list for future plumbing needs.“

“I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. “My landlord had Beard come out to assess my home for a leak from the washer into the bathroom every time it would drain.

Beard promptly assessed everything in a kind and courteous manner. Above and beyond care and attentiveness, even investigating other issues they weren’t there to assess.

Unfortunately my landlord chose to get a second opinion, dragged their feet and the other company was deeply wrong, Beard was right and my daughter’s room, bathroom, etc flooded. due to the entirety of the line in my front being cracked (just like Beard said!)
