5 years ago they were awesome! Wil Nixon was my sales rep. Experience was professional, nice and effective at communication. I recently got gutters by reaching out to Wil. The workers randomly showed up one day without any warning. I was thankful that I happened to be home that day. the workers broke some of my pots and expensive flower bulbs. The manager didn't even want to help or credit me. Wil was very impersonal. I even talked to him about it. I looked past all that and asked about siding my garage. I had to chase them for quotes, etc. Wil basically hung up on me today. I no longer recommend Final Touch and it makes me sad because I had such a good experience my first time. I recommended them to friends in the past, but not anymore. I called the office too, no response!
In todays construction service climate, Virgil Stone reflects the "Best of the Best" performance. His team replaced our roof in Rocky River. It was literally two weeks from the time Virgil inspected our roof, filed our claim, received approval from Liberty Mutual, ordered materials from ABC Supply and had the roof replaced. Throughout the process Virgil was on top of everything, was a great communicator and was true to his projected schedule. He was here three times over the course of the actual reroofing. We used Absolute Precision to install our lawn, sprinkler system, plants, trees, beds, paver patio and fire-pit. Quality workmanship, complete perfectionists, honest, trustworthy, and awesome to work with. The time, effort, and planning put in to underpinning our paver patio was both impressive and second to none. The landscaping industry is full of fly by night operations that cut costs, overbook schedules, and offer sub-par quality. Cody and Jeremy are not the average team and blow the competition out of the water. We used them after watching their work in the neighborhood and realized we should look no further. I'd vouch for them any day.

Calvetta Bros is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with in terms of home improvement. The process from beginning to end was smooth and painless. We had a gorgeous tile laid on our back porch and a custom cut outdoor rug that has been gorgeous all summer. But the jewel in the crown was the hardwood floor project that we did throughput our 5000 square-foot property. We chose a beautiful white oak floor real hardwood that was installed beautifully by Milton and his team. We were away for the two weeks when this project was taking place. Milton sent us photos every day at 4 PM of the progress on the property. Who does that? Amazing! Lance and his team and again I cannot say enough about Milton and his team. They are incredible. Could not recommend more.

Been with The Maids for a few years now and very happy with the team of 3 or 4 Maids handling the cleaning chores. Price is realistic and they handle primary cleaning in a hour & a half. We have them every other week. Trustworthy, nice, skilled and have all the cleaners, cloths, vacuums, mops and scrub brushes.

Impressed with the service and care. It was our first time and we were allowed to stay with our dog during the bathing process. The owner, Noelle, was nice and passionate. Our appointment started fairly on time. Our price was fair and paid after services were rendered. We loved how great our dog looked and smelled after. We will be returning for regular visits!
Sam Habel is the best ever!! He walked me through what he was doing and caught an issue I was on the way to having. Orkin never did any of this or let me know what they were taking care of. The price is wayyyyyy better than Orkin as well
