The office and exam rooms are well organized, clean, odorless, and comfortable. Separate in- and out- waiting rooms and hallways.
There is plenty of parking right near the entrance and a huge front lawn in case if your pup needs to jog off some anxiety before your appointment!“

Dr.Perry was willing to try any and all options we had to relieve arthritis pain in my senior dog, Such as acupuncture, laser treatment and Injectable arthritis meds. She was also my advocate when trying to diagnose my senior dog with further health issues. I called the office just about daily and she was always willing to receive my messages and hear my concerns. She went above and beyond what a normal vet would, and words will never express how grateful I am for her help and support during a difficult time.“

“This is a wonderful, compassionate veterinary clinic that has provided great care to our pets for many years. It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. “Thank you to Dr. Ashley and the fantastic staff at Copley Fairlawn Vet Clinic! Our 13-year-old dog Molly has had multiple dentals at another vet, but her mouth was always smelly with decaying teeth soon after the dental. Dr. Ashley explained to us that she takes X-rays with her dental procedures to ensure she gets all of the decaying roots, and she even found a leftover root from the previous dental procedure.
