Mairs' Veterinary Hospital is highly praised for its kind and welcoming staff who provide top-notch service and care for pets. Clients appreciate the fair pricing and thorough explanations of costs, as well as the helpfulness and knowledge of the team. Many pet owners feel at ease knowing their loved ones are treated with compassion, as if they were their own. The staff is very nice and makes appointments quick and easy. Pets are handled with patience, and even the smallest details, like nail trimming, are done with care—sometimes involving simple tricks like muzzling a nervous dog. Many clients say they wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend Mairs' to friends and family. Overall, Mairs' is a trusted choice for veterinary care, with a strong reputation in the community for its dedication to both pets and their owners.
I cannot say enough positive things about this Vet Clinic. Dr Shannon Walsh is outstanding, my doodle is a seizure dog she really knew what to do to help him. She called me several times to help me with him after he had seizures. The staff is very responsive and caring. They do not make them like this anymore...
Love this Vet and support staff. They truly care for their patients and clients, however they do not deserve to be bullied or disrespected. If that’s is how YOU treat people this is not the hospital for you. It takes more effort and energy to be ugly than it does to be kind, remember that!
My whole family has used this clinic for all of our pets for years. Every interaction with everyone here has been kind, passionate and respectful. All of our dogs and cats get their preventive care as well as any surgeries they may have needed. I have one dog in particular that has never liked any clinic but this one. It is easy to understand why they are so booked!!
