Dr. Hozan is awesome! He takes the time to educate patients on how to better themselves by utilizing simple exercises and stretches at home in between visits and breaks it down so it all makes sense! My lower back pain gets better and better every day thanks to Dr. Hozan at Movement Clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking chiropractic help.
I really enjoyed working with Dr. Hozan at the Movement Clinic! As a college athlete, the health of my body is super important to me and he understood the demands of what I was putting my body through and knew appropriate treatments, especially as a former athlete. The virtual appointments were helpful to keep Dr. Hozan updated on my progress, especially when I was away at college. The in-person appointments were helpful because he would help my back/shoulder pain and show me things to do to continue working on my injuries. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hozan to anybody!
Before I started seeing Dr. Hozan I was experiencing extreme lower back pain. The pain made it difficult for me to preform simple everyday tasks, such as- putting my pants on, cleaning up my house, playing/engaging with my children and getting in and out of my car. I tried going to the gym to strengthen my muscles. I was unable to even do a simple squat without my back looking and feeling like it was folding in half. I was unable to go into a modified plank without lower back giving out. I started working out with a personal trainer at the gym and I was still having extreme pain and unable to complete my workouts because my back pain would get so bad.
