“Jenna and John were awesome and so helpful! Answered any and all questions and in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help us. The only complaint is the appraiser they used missed things on the second trip back. He missed a major issue that he was already aware of. Which has caused issues post closing, which could have been avoided if the appraiser had done what he was supposed to before closing. So that is our only complaint. But all in all, we’ve had a great experience! I cannot give Jenna Bowman enough high praise, she is phenomenal! She cares so much, will go to bat for you, is there for you at all times, and is on top of things! She will even help take care of you after you close on a house if you need help! Awesome, Love her, will definitely use her again should we ever need a realtor!“
