Fun...Thursday they put the moves together and it was awesome to watch. My son is adhd...he’s not on meds but finally seeing results of him focusing....appreciate that.
My experience has been nothing but amazing. I always feel so welcome. I used to take karate classes growing up then took a break and slowly returned back, it’s been so awesome coming back. The kickboxing classes are a great work out and Katie does an incredible with her classes! I highly recommended!
