I've been working on a 800sq ft basement model for way too long, but the time came to pick floors and have someone do that work. My neighbor recommended Floorz, so we went on a Monday. Took us no time w/ the help of Rob to find what we wanted, and schedule an install for the next week. Couldn't be happier with the result. Looks great. Installed great. Great crew and attention to detail. WE have 2 more floors to update, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have been looking for birch hardwood flooring for over 3 years to tie in to our existing flooring. No one had birch flooring except Floorz; Couldn’t believe we found it. Jill Fuller was our salesperson. No high pressure sales here, she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Explained how their process works from purchase to installation. Arrange for Chuck to measure; he also was knowledgeable and friendly. 48 hours later we had their quote, which was itemized and very detailed . We were so impressed with Jill, Chuck and Jamie we ordered kitchen flooring also. No installation as of yet, but I’m sure the flooring will be a beautiful addition to our home.… read full review
