Brandi and Keith were always quick to respond to emails and text and the on site crew did a great job and didn't mind when our Dogs would try to "help". Great work on a big project of taking down two walls and moving electrical and plumping to have an open concept living, dining and kitchen all in one.

A couple years ago we built a new house of which Floorz and more specifically Mr. James Quinn was a big part of, lending his expertise in helping us select flooring and all that encompasses. He helped us with Carpeting, Laminates, Tile, Borders and Backsplashes.This past weekend Mr. Quinn came back to our house on his day off and made an adjustment on a piece of laminate and gave me assistance and advise on a tile issue we were having.I sure wished other companies would handle customer service issues like he did. I don't know who owns Floorz but if it were meMr.Quinn is one of those kind of employees you'd want to keep around for a long time and well compensated !

I had contacted this company to install flooring that another company didn't complete. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. I had a few hiccups on the job and they were extremely professional in contacting me and helping me make the best decision to have a quality installation. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the highest quality workmanship.
