Thought I didn’t like hot yoga but came in after a customer at my job recommended it and happy to say I was wrong — the classes here are wonderful. A lovely blend of physical challenges with some theory and philosophy. And the music is good, the teacher is welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable (especially new people), I leave feeling good in my body and mind. Thank you“
