“I needed a new water heater. Tidal Plumbing sent a plumber and assistant. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets. Tidal Plumbing is tech savvy. Got email alerts confirming work scheduled with a ballpark time slot. Received texts when they were almost there. Used photo features to show work and progress to MP which saved so much time.“

“I kept getting clogs in the main line, 718 Sewer and Drain Inc. came in and diagnosed the issue. My line was snaked and pressure cleaned then they brought in the camera and checked the line and provided me with the footage. Everything is fine now. They even provided me with tips on how to prevent build up in the main line. Prices are always an issue when it comes to plumbing, but I didn't feel ripped off at the end. Very professional, would recommend.“

“Had a great experience working with Dan and his team to replace our gas steam boiler and wet return lines. After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation. He provided an effective solution to hide them in baseboard in our finished basement which provided the best outcome with minimal disruption to existing walls. In fact, they also completed carpentry work to repair the sheetrock. Dan was easy to work with and incredibly reliable providing high quality work and exceeding all of our expectations. This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.
