The eye doctor was super informative and very detailed about the eye exam compare to other spots that barely ask questions or suggestions. The lady in the front was super sweet and showed me what my insurance covers and I didn’t have to spend one dime! Had all the features I wanted! My glasses were ready exactly a week later as they told me. Super happy with my new stylish glasses ?❤️“

“Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. “I chose to place an order because the company is a reputable local business with competitive pricing.

After purchasing a pair of glasses, I was later informed that the frames were out of stock and no longer available from the brand, and my order was canceled. While this was disappointing, I appreciated being notified promptly. I did notice, however, that the same frames were still listed as available on the website and could be added to the cart and checked out, which was confusing.

That said, communication was clear, and the refund was processed quickly. I would consider ordering again due to their pricing and professionalism, and I hope inventory accuracy continues to improve to prevent similar situations in the future.“
