Within minutes Stuart identified the problem and showed it to me. Not fixable, so yes, I needed a new water heater. Not only did he arrange for the new unit, but he told me pricing up front and then went a step further to check if the unit was still under warrantee. We went through various options and came up with a mutual decision. They also went above and beyond and fixed a few other things while they were here. Highly recommend!“
