Within minutes Stuart identified the problem and showed it to me. Not fixable, so yes, I needed a new water heater. Not only did he arrange for the new unit, but he told me pricing up front and then went a step further to check if the unit was still under warrantee. We went through various options and came up with a mutual decision. They also went above and beyond and fixed a few other things while they were here. Highly recommend!“

Two very nice, good to work with and easy to communicate with diagnosed the situation and resolved the problem. They were very conscientious about how best to deal with the situation and the equipment need with damaging carpets, wall, etc. I don't know what these things cost but I thought that their price was certainly reasonable for the work done and service provided.
