Physical Therapy in Westbury

“In October 2024, I was referred to Jeff Corben of Motion Sports Medicine in Westbury for physical therapy on my right knee, which had sustained a meniscal tear. Immediately, Jeff showed concern for my injury and the treatment I was to receive. He took great care and support in the pain I was experiencing, and worked with me through various leg strengthening exercises for both knees, not just the injured knee. I also received electrical stimulation, which also greatly assisted in the therapy.

When surgery was highly recommended by my orthopedist, Jeff continued to ensure that I receive the proper treatment in preparation for surgery, strengthening both legs. Post-surgery, I was unable to bend my knee. After a couple of PT sessions with Jeff, I was able to bend my knee and felt extremely comfortable doing so, despite the post-surgery pain. Jeff was the one who advised how I should care for the surgical incisions. I continue to work with Jeff twice a week and feel the PT has really helped in my rehabilitation. I have also worked with Chris Kalinoglu at this location, who has also ensured I receive the appropriate care and support. I could not be happier with my progress. Both Jeff and Chris are extremely compassionate, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. It is a very busy place, and all patients are given the care, therapy and attention they need. Busy is a good thing! The therapy center is also extremely clean, and the staff is very pleasant. Their hours are very convenient also.
