“This is the best manual physical therapy on Long Island. They are extremely knowledgeable and they give great attention to there clients.I have my favorites, Scott, Nick and Rob. I prefer stronger guys that go deep into the muscles. They all helped me with the arthritis in my shoulder and tight hip flexors and adductors. Every time I get injured they pencil me in right away.Also Bassil is the best stretch therapist out there. I'm extremely flexible so most people can't really stretch me. He can push me to my limits.Everyone is really friendly and they have a great vibe there. A lot of great conversations.“

“I had a total knee replacement on my right knee 2 years ago. Dr. Seidman was my surgeon. The surgery was a success, but my recovery wasn't. I could walk, but I was in pain every day since the surgery. The only time I got relief was when my leg was elevated. After a year, I went back to Dr. Seidman and explained that I was in pain every day and I asked him if I needed more physical therapy. He replied, " No, you do not need P/T, if you want to play golf, play golf!" ??? (I do not play golf).I thought I'd have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. I thank God that my primary doctor, Dr. Mintz, gave me a prescription for P/T and that a friend told me to go to John Fox and he'll fix me....AND HE DID! I no longer have pain in my right knee. I can't believe it! John Fox is AMAZING! He is so knowledgeable in his field.I can't say more about this place! His entire staff is made up of friendly, helpful, people! I've been raving about this place to everyone I know. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go! Go see John Fox!“

“I arrived at Proactive PT with multiple fractures of my dominant (right) forearm and elbow which had been repaired with metal and screws. I couldn't even hold my car keys. Three months later, I was able to play pickleball, my arm was almost straight, and my scar was quickly fading.I am convinced that the work Steve (his thumbs may never be the same!) and his staff did, Heather's guidance in the gym and her moral support made all the difference!The practice is professionally run, clean, comfortable, fully outfitted and accessible. “I have a been a patient of Dr. Cullin and his staff for almost 20 years. He is a true professional, always polite and medically he understands exactly what ails you. He pinpoints your issue and knows exactly what treatment is best. He has an incredible knowledge of the human anatomy and how ailments can be remedied holistically. Dr. Cullin has a great staff to back him up. Tom and Patty are a very knowledgeable and effective physical therapy team. Josh the massage therapist is thorough and always gets the kinks out. From walking through the door, everyone is friendly running a tight ship. If you have chiropractic issues and concerns, LAAIC is highly recommended.“

There’s no one we trust more than the physical therapists Shiv and Jonna to treat us. They give us one on one treatment. They never rush you out and are very “hands on”. Love them! “Dr. Yelling is a top of the line doctor. He is knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He puts my mind at ease when I express my concerns and always has a solution. My pain has been tolerable since i’ve started seeing him and I’ve improved about 75%. He has an excellent bedside manner; very friendly and he really wants to make a difference in his patients in how they are feeling. He has the ability to explain different strategies in detail that he uses to help manage pain. The two receptionists at the front desk are so kind and always try to accommodate you as well. I would recommend anyone to him who needs an excellent pain management doctor- he always has the right tips and tricks up his sleeve !“

“I came to Kaizen years ago with ongoing shoulder and neck pain and stiffness. It was my first experience with this sort of specialist so I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a warm and calming office with friendly staff, and at the center of it all was Dr. Tara, a rare type that offers expertise and relatability. From the first moment, I felt comfortable with her and confident that I was in good hands.Treatments vary - my own experience through the years has included stim, ultrasound therapy, stretching, and of course chiropractic adjustments. Every time I leave the office, I find myself more flexible, looser, and overall the relief lasts longer and longer with each visit. It's also a huge benefit that if something one-off is bothering me at visit, there is never any hesitation to address, whether it's the result of sleeping funny or unexpected overuse.Beyond the therapeutic experience, Dr. Tara and her staff are also experts at navigating insurance, which lets me focus on treatment and not worry about dealing with any of the necessary nonsense that insurance protocols can cause.I really can't say enough about Kaizen and Dr. Tara.
