“This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a Physical Therapy facility! I was recommended here by my neighbor, who also received services with them for her knee replacement. She escorted me to my first visit and witnessed my negative experience at Ivy Lynbrook. She decided I needed a facility that will work with me 3 weeks post-op of having a total Hip replacement and produce results in a caring and compassionate environment. The process of scheduling with Professional PT was pleasant and smooth from beginning to end! I was welcomed and serviced by Brett Walker, DPT. My first visit with him and every visit after, is productive, attentive and of great professionalism. The other team members, DPTs and PT assistants are all extremely nice and supportive, even including the virtual checkin and scheduling team. Everyone knows you by name! I look forward to attending my sessions with them weekly and I am super proud of my progress and grateful for the work they do for their patients!”
