“This is the best manual physical therapy on Long Island. They are extremely knowledgeable and they give great attention to there clients.I have my favorites, Scott, Nick and Rob. I prefer stronger guys that go deep into the muscles. They all helped me with the arthritis in my shoulder and tight hip flexors and adductors. Every time I get injured they pencil me in right away.Also Bassil is the best stretch therapist out there. I'm extremely flexible so most people can't really stretch me. “I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. “I arrived at Proactive PT with multiple fractures of my dominant (right) forearm and elbow which had been repaired with metal and screws. I couldn't even hold my car keys. “Kelly helped save me. This time last year in so much back and leg pain. I could barely walk around and on top of that I was pregnant. I had been seeing a PT and chiropractor before Kelly, but with those previous treatments I had been getting worse an worse as my pregnancy progressed.
