“Excellent PT services! I am an aerobics instructor for over 20 years, although physically fit, I also have issues in areas which I've developed minor aches and pains. I'm so happy to say that Dr.Ko and the team of therapists have helped me feel rejuvenated after each session, and they really helped eased up areas that needed addressed. I'm not one who quickly sing praises, unless it has a personal impact that will benefit others. Recently I injured my knee, thinking I can self's treating to full recovery. But after weeks of stiff in pain I finally gave in to go to PT. After some pressing and pushing Dr. Ko knew exactly where the issue is-I pulled my ligament! Firm and to-point on her painful fixes, i was kind of concerned because I find myself walking worse after each session with Dr. Ko. But the magic starts to happen after my therapy--the feeling of getting stronger again, and feel the progress of gaining back to full movements is so important to me! Thank you, Dr. Grace Ko“

From the friendly greeting from Sehresh at the front desk to the help & advice from Harrison, Tina, Nicole & Alex, it proved for me to be a positive & productive experience. With the exercises at the gym & doing the ones they gave to me to do at home, I was able to improve my neck mobility & strengthen the muscles in my shoulder to overcome a torn rotator cuff. “I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. Jamie is amazing, Clo and Carrie have helped me to regain full mobility and Sam has been so awesome at helping me regain my strength. “I’ve been going to Motion RVC for many years. The staff turns over from year to year. But, they still have the same dedicated mission. To get you the best possible therapy. To take care of you and your injuries. Dore’, has been my go to therapist for these many years. With two knee replacement surgeries. The therapy can be quite challenging. Many times I didn’t want to push myself anymore. But, Dore’ always found a way to push my button and put it into another gear. I am so very thankful for her doing that for me. That’s because she cares! The whole office has the same attitude. In this day and age. That’s a very comfortable environment. I hope 🤞 never to see Dore’ or Motion again 🤣.

“This place is truly amazing. I was referred to this place from my lawyer after wasting one month at a place that did nothing for me but run up my insurance policy. Within a month I already saw change from the exercise, workout, and the massages. My body and range of motion has shown progress. I didn’t think that I was going to get better as fast as I did. It’s been almost 4 months now and I’m back to work still receiving treatment, I’m just building muscle strength and getting stronger with the help of Ms.Kim the physical therapist . She is very knowledgeable about body and different injuries and proscribing the proper exercises to build muscle strength. I first walked into this location back in December 2024, and more than a year later, I still genuinely look forward to my weekly stretch sessions with Vinaya. She has been incredible, and on days when I can’t make it to my usual New Hyde Park appointment, I’ll even go out of my way to book her at the Garden City location because she makes that much of a difference. I’ve also had sessions with James, who is phenomenal as well. Jasmin, Vinaya, James, Angie, and the entire team create such a welcoming, professional, supportive, and uplifting environment that it honestly feels like more than just a stretch session—it feels like a place where people truly care. I’m not sure I would have stayed as consistent or kept coming back if it weren’t for each of them playing a role in making every visit so positive and enjoyable. “I have to say this place doesnt look high end or high tech but the phyiscal therapist,Tushar, makes up for it. Tushar is the kindest and sincerest physical therapist I have ever encountered. He is patient and caring. My mom got a shoulder tear and was unable to lift her arms but after 1 months of physical theraphy with Tushar, she was back to normal and can do all the activities she loves. He is truly a great physical therapist. I recently heard he is leaving and it will be a huge lost for this place. I'm glad we were able to be cared for under Tushar. Good luck Tushar. “The is a Physical Therapy facility, I would truly recommend !!!
Had been there years ago for a shattered ankle, so when I had my knee replacement,
I immediately thought of them.
The staff are professionals, thorough & actually give you individual attention! They don’t just give you a massage BUT have you work all the appropriate machines to help build your strength, muscles & the confidence that you need to achieve your goal.
I can safely say that after my 6th session, I was able to master a few of the exercises & machines, that I was not able to do at all on my the first couple of sessions. They encourage you to do the physical exercises they worked with you at the facility to continue to do those exercises at home. So you can keep the motion / rhythm going instead of waiting on your next visit.
