“Everyone there was very nice, welcoming and helpful! They gave me space when I looked around while also offering me help if needed. The Women who helped me find my glasses was very positive and friendly which I found very nice because for me finding glasses I love can be hard.“

“I've been going to Council Opticians since 1991( when I faked an eye exam bc my whole family had glasses but me) I got busted and didn't need them until 8th grade. I've gotten glasses & contacts from here. Along with my daughter and my husband. Yes, prices are different at every place you go but I don't want cheap garbage from Walmart. I go here bc I've always had a great experience with the owner & his staff. If there ever was a minor set back - things have always been taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Council Opticians! Also depending on the glasses you pick, how many adjustments you have had, how you treat your glasses etc will determine how long they last. Please don't blame others for your bad day and how you mishandled your glasses. I have messed up my own glasses with hairspray and that's 110% on me* I would never blame the staff for my bad judgement while quickly getting ready for work.Council is a family run business and they are amazing“

“My daughter broke her glasses on a Saturday. After failing to fix them, I searched for emergency repairs and Frank's shop came up. We called after 7pm & he answered (at dinner with his family!) & set up an appointment the next day, as in he opened the shop for us on a Sunday! I would like to add I did not originally go to him (although I wish I had).

He was early to the appointment! He was so kind & helpful. He tried well over a dozen different frames to try to find the right ones that fit my daughters lenses. The ones he found were perfect and very close in color to the ones she had (she's 6, so that was really awesome to her). The glasses are warrantied for 2 years.

He made her feel comfortable & he is very very genuine. He taught us both some things about eyeglasses & eyes! He's been doing this for 40 years. We can't wait to come back! You have a customer for life, Frank! Thank you so much for being you, we appreciate you.“

“All aspects of Lens crafters was done by friendly, professional people.Each person listened to my concerns. The eye examination was done with explanation and through. Dr.Medwin took her time to resolve a problem. They all worked together to accommodate and resolve a previous issue. I have gone there for years and will continue to do so.
