“First time at this office and my main Audiologist is in Lakeland, Florida. We are now in Buffalo, NY for the summer and yesterday my right hearing aid went bad and the left side is a new Cochlear Implant that cannot function alone right now. I contacted my Florida doctor yesterday and she contacted HES. Before 10am today I had an appt and the Audiologists determined the failed aid needed to be sent to Phonak for repair which they are handling. They also programmed a new loaner so I could immediately hear and also connected me with their Cochlear Implant doctor so I would have support for the 4 months we live in Buffalo. A truly outstanding office. Thank you HES.”
