I was treated with the utmost care and respect as soon as I walked in the door. My phlebotomist, Alicia answered all the questions that I and my daughter had. She was absolutely wonderful and her personality is bubbly and very reassuring. An absolutely wonderful experience ? I have had lots of blood work done at various labs and I usually ended up with a bruise where they took the blood from and there was no bruising, no pain. I also appreciate the fact that there were no bandaids involved because they also leave bruises on my skin. I can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful experience ?

WNY Bloodcare is such a nice place to go to for Hematology. From the time you park until you leave. There are labeled spots that are reserved for patients of the office. There is an elevator to take you to the third floor. The waiting room is clean and spacious with a very calming feel. There are clean restrooms and a little play area for children. The staff is always very friendly and when you are there you are made to feel you are the only person in the building. They are knowledgeable and professional. I never feel rushed and they take their jobs very seriously. Everyone I've met there gets an A plus for customer service.

It was my first visit but the staff put me at ease and even when I had a misunderstanding with the parking they explained it, so next time won’t be a problem. All staff encountered were professional and kind.
