“My house flooded 2 years in a row, Unbelievable! Yes, but it happened. We were on vacation during Christmas and came home Sunday night to find a heating pipe had cracked and flooded the den as well as other parts of the downstairs...to say we panicked is mild. We knew a plumber and he got us in touch with Damian @Home Pro. After hours, on a Sunday night, and Damian’s main concern was do I want someone there tonight or in the morning, and to relax he has me covered. Well, the follow morning Damian was there with a crew, they ripped all the wet Sheetrock, flooring and anything else that was ruined and set up big blower and humidity machines. I kind of felt it was going to be OK. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company...I mean I just had to sign my name to the consent form, and they took it from there. Could not have been less stressful.
Then There's Matt…HE is the man! He's who makes it happen and he does! Matt takes notice of all details, helped pick-out the flooring which was nicer than the one we had, and even had his guys touch up screw holes, chips and even caulked around the interior door moldings before they painted. Nothing gets by him and his knowledge to what's up to date makes the redesign easy. If you're lucky enough to have him as your project manager, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. He will make it look Amazing! A couple of weeks later I had my house back, but even better, it was all new and freshly painted it looked fantastic. It just so happened that we had decided to move to Fl. With a week we had someone offer us more than we wanted for the house. They love the way it looked. Unfortunately, the deal didn’t go thru, and we moved to Fl. anyway.
I get a call early one morning about 1 yr after the first flood, another pipe had broken only this time on the second floor and it destroyed all the Sheetrock, insulation, flooring everything...First I panicked, Then I called Damian, when he got on the phone and remembered me, I took my first good breathe (remembered I’m in FL. 67 and have trouble walking or traveling, I can’t keep traveling from here to NY all the time) Anyway I told him what happened, he arranged with my Realtor to see the house and the process began again only this time it was the entire house… I then got a call from a friendly voice...Matt, we talked, joked around and he told me not to worry he was doing my house again. I knew I was in good hands
He kept in touch with me about what was going on and just like the first time I let him make the choices about floors, cabinets even the color of the walls. I just wanted the house to look beautiful; He and His crew did an amazing job.
I just got the pictures of the house...I cannot say enough, the house is nothing less than amazing, (yeah, I know I use that word a lot, but it’s true) I almost wish I could move back to live in it...It’s beautiful, modern, fresh, totally redone. From the floors to the ceilings, the bathrooms to the closets nothing was overlooked. Matt as he promised looked after everything and built a house, that will become someone's home, he should be very proud, I know I am and I appreciate everything he’s done for me in this rebuild. I would absolutely recommend Home Pro, Damian and My Buddy Matt. When you think you’re under water these guys throw you a landline and pull you to shore LOL!
