“Reminded me of the need for annual maintenance and set an appointment. After rescheduling two techs arrived within promised windows, performed maintenance and took time to review with me before leaving. Exactly what was promised.“

Came to see my furnace, left door off and said office would call me for return visit within 2 weeks. This was over 10 weeks ago. I have called 4-5 times, first 2 times they said they would return my call. They never did. Then they simply didn’t answer the phone and I left multiple messages. Looking to see how to resolve this.
