Water Heater Installation and Repair near Poughkeepsie picked by BestProsInTown
“We had two things done today: we had a new faucet put in by Mike Rhode and our furnace tune up with the technician, Kevin. We've been using Rohde for years. Their service, they are technicians, plumbers, etc., and their office staff are excellent! I have recommended Rohde to many of my family and friends. I wouldn't think of using any other company.”
“I recently had both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units replaced by Apollo in Hopewell Junction and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very first consultation with Bill, the salesman, everything was handled with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure. He clearly explained our options and provided a superb price that beat out other quotes without compromising on quality.
The installation was handled by Jason and Aiden, two top-notch HVAC technicians whose workmanship was nothing short of excellent. They were efficient, courteous, and kept everything incredibly clean and tidy throughout the job. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and minimally disruptive — far better than I expected for such a major upgrade.
This is the kind of company that restores your faith in great service. Reliable, skilled, respectful, and fair — I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work in the area. Five stars all the way!”
“I had a persistent drip from my bathtub faucet that another plumber attempted to repair twice but actually made worse, so I decided to get a second opinion.
I called Jill at Dolphin Plumbing who returned my call and was wonderful to speak with. She listened carefully, repeated the details back to make sure she understood the issue correctly, and scheduled John to come out.
John quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed to get the correct replacement part, so he returned for a second visit. Because I was supposed to go out of town, John and Jill were also very accommodating about my schedule and he was able to return before I left. He replaced the part and waited to ensure it was fixed, which it was!
John took the time to explain what he was doing and treated me with respect. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. In fact, after fixing the problem he told me he wasn’t going to charge me because he felt I shouldn’t have had to go through what I experienced with the previous repair.
Between Jill’s great communication, John’s expertise, honesty, and kindness, I would highly recommend Dolphin Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and trustworthy plumber.”
