“I needed a plumber and remembered seeing Chris/Flow Rite recommended when people asked for suggestions on FB. Looked him up. Chris answered his phone (!) and was quick to respond. He assure me that it was an easy fix (fill valve) and i could use the toilet in the meantime. He’d return with the part in a few days, apologizing that he had frozen pipes to attend to.
