“This company is incredible! My cleaning job was unique and difficult and even Stanley Steemer wouldn't touch it--they recommended Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry sent Joe to my house, and he was fantastic. He told me everything he was going to do, he did what he promised, asked me to inspect his finished work, touched up one small thing for me, then cleaned up all his tools and one little water drip and went on his way. He worked so fast that he charged me less than the estimate. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Joe even called me in halfway through to see the different color of the clean half of the floor and let me take pictures! Incredible work. I give it six stars out of five! I'm so happy with the finished product.“
