“It’s always a relaxing experience at The Lash Haus. I’ve been getting lash extensions with Ingrid over the last few months and she’s amazing! I was a lash virgin at my first appointment, and was surprised at how the level or relaxation and how gentle the process was! Ingrid is great to work with- always checking in on comfort level and making sure I like the length/thickness/style/etc. She is very good at understanding what the client is attempting explain when they don’t know all the terminology (me lol). “When I tell you I've been to every salon in Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Loudonville, Clifton Park, Burnt Hills and many many more. No one could fully grasp how to grey blend on blonde hair. Ann Marie is a hair guru! Her 30+ years of experience are extremely evident. Not only did she lesson my maintenance time, she completely covered my grays without a base color. It looks like my natural hair. I was literally blown away. Her haircuts are precise and high caliber. Best haircut I've ever had in 30 years! We are truly lucky to have someone as talented and passionate about everything to do with hair as Ann Marie. She educated me all along the way and was honest about what was realistic for my hair. She is by far the most incredible hair stylist in the tri-state area. Not to mention she's an absolute delight to be around. I highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. “First time going on 4/28. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful. Took about an hour & a half. I’d recommend taking your hair down before getting started for comfort.

My lashes did start to come out about an hour after I left but I called & was welcomed to come back in! I came back on the evening of 4/29 & was serviced right away. Gave me no troubles & was just as kind as when I first came. They look great I will be back.“
