I have been getting a weekly massage at Tao Best Spa in Clifton Park in the HealthPlex building for a year and a half. It is really helping me with my arthritis pain. The Chinese girls are all very good and use the pressure that is best for you. Nina is the technician that I see the most but all seem to be very good. Their English is not that good but they all use phones with translation programs so that more involved conversations can be handled that way. They can also handle texts if you need to get in touch about your appointment. $70 an hour and a generous $20 tip is a good value for the results. I suggest you give it a try.

I had a massage from Annie a week ago. She was superb, used immense pressure on my aching body and made me feel amazing! She noticed extreme tension in my back/neck area and took extra time and care working it out. The massage felt way longer than an hour and their rates are reasonable beyond belief! I will be back! Just call and book an appointment today they are so nice :) thank you!

The good massage service at this shop was truly exceptional. The therapist was able to work out all of my muscle tension and provide me with a massage that was both therapeutic and relaxing.
