Katie was able to take me as a walk-in after just a 20 minute wait and my only regret is that we did not take “before” pictures!🙄. She literally took my fried, dried, and burnt-out looking hair and made it shiny and gorgeous! And, oh yeah, perfectly covered my 1/2 inch of total grey grow-out!!! Highly highly recommend the salon and Katie for hair color, cut, and repair!!
Had my hair done by Katie today and I'm really happy with it.
I had previously posted a review expressing then I was disappointed with a cut that I received by another senior level stylist.
The salon manager got in touch with me and offered to fix it. I went in today. I wasn't sure what to expect because I wasn't sure what to expect.
That said Katie was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and engaging. She did a scalp and shoulder massage followed by very thorough washing (none of which was done the first time). She did a great job on a precision cut and checked her work.

I have extremely fine but THICK hair. I struggle to find a hairstylist who can alleviate the weight tastefully. Brad Rubin was recommended to me to help manage the thickness with a cute textured shag.
Joanne, his assistant, welcomed me warmly, shampooing the ultra thick mane I came in with. In the past stylists even struggle to rinse my hair fully since it’s so thick! I was impressed and grateful. Brad listened to my needs, asked questions, made suggestions using his expertise. They directed me through the whole process and I knew I came to the right place!
Thanks so much guys, cannot wait for my next visit.
