I've visited at least six salons for eyebrow threading. By far, Arch is the cleanest, friendliest and most competent one in the capital district area. Aside from doing a great job on my brows, the staff actually greets you when you walk in and tells you they will be with you shortly. Most can't even get to that basic level of customer service lately. I forget the woman's name that's always there, but she is so good! There are several places closer to my home, but they're worth the drive to Clifton Park.

Quick service. Loved my eyebrows. Good price. Small shop but clean. Would be nice if there was some ambient music playing. The lady who did my eyebrows was efficient. I'll be going back

I have to agree with the review from Kelly. This place is not reliable with hours I’ve showed up to get my eyebrows done three separate occasions and they ended up being closed. The hours online don’t match the hours listed on the door. Kelly is correct I’ve called them before multiple times and they have never ever answered me once must be a common thing among all customers.. I know the ac isnt working but they were still open regardless. I like coming here to get my eyebrows done but since they are so unreliable I can only go once a month.
