“I have followed Kayla around for about 14ish years. She dedicates herself to her career. So when she opened her own salon years ago, I was very excited. Even though Authentic salon has other stylists, you always feel like its just you in there. Kayla is an amazing colorist. I have never left Kayla not loving my hair. I am not sure I even know how to explain what I want but she always nails it. Its like she reads my mind! Kayla is an educator and flies around a few times a year to learn the latest and greatest. I love that about her! She doesnt get comfortable, she is always learning. She truly is an artist. Its like she gets excited to create what you are imagining. I have just switched to gray blending and couldn't be happier. Thousand stars!“

“First time going on 4/28. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful. Took about an hour & a half. I’d recommend taking your hair down before getting started for comfort.

My lashes did start to come out about an hour after I left but I called & was welcomed to come back in! I came back on the evening of 4/29 & was serviced right away. Gave me no troubles & was just as kind as when I first came. They look great I will be back.“

She was so responsive, attentive and kind. She made the process so easy and helped me with any questions I had! We had Osman and Shamim as my beauty team. Osman was my bridal hair and makeup artist and also did the hair and makeup of my maid of honor and my mom. Shamim did the hair and makeup of my sister, matron of honor and bridesmaids. They both were absolutely amazing and so beyond talented. Osman was an absolute dream. He made me feel so comfortable and helped make the getting ready process even more fun! He helped make sure I was calm and happy the entire time. He was so attentive, kind, caring. He made sure to play all my favorite songs - knowing I'm a swiftie he had a Taylor Swift playlist going the entire time. I felt absolutely beautiful. He slayed my hair and makeup!
