She was very kind, professional and checks in as she goes to make sure you’re comfortable and that your lashes are prepared to your preferences- more or less curly and what color you want your tint. Would recommend!“

“I went to Lauren for a lash lift. Unfortunately, my lash lift did not hold on one of my eyes. Both Lauren, her colleague, and I are unsure why this happened, as I followed the precautions stated by Lauren. I don’t feel it is Lauren’s fault, as I have seen numerous photos of her results with lash lifts. When I went to her regarding my unhappiness, Lauren was extremely accommodating and handled the matter respectfully and promptly. I truly do appreciate this.
