“Our HVAC stopped working on Saturday, July 13th in the midst of 2024's worst, most brutal heat wave (mid to high 90°s).
I called Breezin' Monday morning, July 15th to request a service ASAP. Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem.

Rick correctly identified that it had substantial built up of carbons in the heat exchanger and it was basically time to replace the whole unit. The team was able to take the old one out and put a new boiler in on the same day and it has since operated without any issues.
