My 40 gallon gas water tank started to leak my basement was under water and needed someone quick and reliable. Craig from Flow-Right was able come and install the tank last minute. He’s guys were extremely professional and his prices were great.

I called Craig for an emergency toilet backup on Sunday. He immediately took my information, explained what the issues could be and difference in pricing. Within 30 minutes I had an ETA for the plumbers arrival, a detailed breakdown of issues and cost and a call to confirm I received everything. The job was done quickly and professionally and right. I highly recommend this company.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience with this company. From the moment I reached out, their communication was excellent — clear, prompt, and genuinely kind. I was dealing with a pretty terrible leak and feeling overwhelmed, but they made the entire situation so much easier.

The team showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly clean and respectful in my home. Most importantly, they made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process — which is rare and very much appreciated during a stressful plumbing emergency.
