“I am a first time homeowner of a house built in 1920, and Samuel & Son’s plumbing has been amazing to my home and family. When we first moved in we were shocked to learn that we needed to replace our entire sewer system, and after getting multiple estimates Samuel & Son’s plumbing offered an incredibly affordable estimate and also navigated the permit process with the city perfectly.They also installed a nice storm drain in the basement back entrance of our home that SAVED us from flooding during the recent hurricane Ida, while all our neighbors basements flooded.The new sewer system passed inspection perfectly and had worked great. In addition, shortly after moving in we realized our upstairs shower was installed without waterproofing or a shower pan. Once again, Samuel & Son’s plumbing saved the day with an affordable estimate and a job well done! Shower has been perfect for months and no more leaking. We had a sink with a leak and cold water only, and they fixed both!Last but not least, Samuel & Son’s plumbing helped us optimize and repair all of our old radiators, again for a great fair price and with warm and human customer service. “We used A-All to put in brand a new hvac system. The owner Robert came promptly to give an estimate which we found to be fair and reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. The crew was prompt and clean. When an issue arose following installation, we had a prompt response to fix the issue. Human error, and product issues will happen - having someone actually answer and promptly respond is seems to not exist these days. I highly recommend.“

“I had a great experience with Diego De Paz. He replaced my HVAC fan motor and fan, and the quality of his work really stood out. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my unit.

What I appreciated most was how thorough and careful he was. He didn’t just swap parts—he inspected everything, made sure all components were properly installed, and left the system running better than before. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners.

“My experience with Harris Plumbing & Heating (184 Glenmore Ave) was phenomenal! I would give them an A++++++ for the exceptional service that they provided for my water heater install. Let's start with Murshell, at the front desk. The customer service that she provided was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I called her. Then there was Chris, who came out to do inspection before the water heater was installed to make sure that he knew what was required and needed to complete the job. He then provided me with prompt, up front, estimates and proposals to ensure that I knew what the job would entail and cost before we even got started. Once, I accepted the proposal, the water heater was promptly ordered and the installation date was set up. Two technician, Audley and Anthony then performed the removal and cart away of the old water heater and the installation of the new AO Smith water heater. Both gentlemen did an excellent job and as the new heater was replacing a 20 year old water heater, the new install required new fittings and plumbing adjustments to align with the new heater. Audley expertly made those adjustments, installed the new heater and checked his work for leaks. It was only after he was fully satisfied with his work that he signed off on the job. My new water heater is installed and doing the job that it was meant to do. Thanks to everyone one involved in the process from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again and I definitely plan on referring them to family and friends!“
