During that time they have responded same day to emergency calls, serviced heating systems and appliances, replaced water heaters and repaired leaks.Recently I made the mistake of using a _different_ local plumber who was top rated on Google reviews. That plumber made errors in repairing my gas heating system which ultimately led to a gas leak in the house. They came out 3 times to try and resolve it, and were useless.I called Cross County who quickly identified and fixed issues with my gas line. We have had them to our home many times to work on small to major plumbing projects as well our HVAC needs most recently this past year.
