The facility is always impeccably clean and looks grand, as if it is ready for a grand opening at all times. I had the privilege of working with the funeral director, Ralph Faiella, who displayed professionalism from our very first conversation and demonstrated a genuine sense of empathy for the loss of my loved one.

There were no gimmicks involved; Ralph was straightforward and honest throughout the process. In my effort to make an informed decision, I visited approximately 25 other funeral homes, but ultimately, I returned to Sisto. Ralph set a high standard that others failed to meet.

Upon arriving at the funeral home, I was also greeted by two other gentlemen in the office who were equally welcoming. Although I regret that I do not recall their names, I recognize that this is a family-run business, and these gentlemen are essential in maintaining their outstanding customer service.
