Death, we as humans, find very difficult to deal with. My first contact with Seneca Chapels was on the phone with Rocco advising that I was on my way there to assess the premises for funeral preparations. He was very accommodating and when I arrived at the location, I met Zamira who took care of the process. EVERYONE throughout the process was very helpful and professional. It was as they were making arrangements for one of their own. Everything we asked for was fulfilled and never with frowns. My mother passed two weeks ago and we used Seneca Chapels services. The staff was very professional, responsible and empathetic. We are so thankful for Zamira and her team. She provided comfort and made this difficult process go so smoothly. My mom looked so beautiful and peaceful. We are extremally appreciative of her, Dannally and all the staff's support during this difficult time.

My sister and I are so grateful to Seneca Chapels, Dennally but most notably to Zamira. We went through a really emotional, traumatic loss and just wanted to honor our mom the way she deserved. Beautiful and peaceful surrounded by loved ones. Zamira was extremely empathetic and took all our worries and concerns away. She made us feel cared for and just has a way with words. She really helped us mentally and emotionally through this difficult time. Most importantly our mom looked beautiful & peaceful. We were very happy with how everything was handled.
