The absolute best experience i could have in such a sad time. Their customer service was outstanding. Everyone who i came in contact with was so sympathic and consoling. I had multiple members of my family complent me on the staff as well. Keep up the awesome work ! Thank you again for all your help
Losing a loved one is a very difficult time no matter the circumstances. Just know that the team at Fredricks will make the whole process as seamless dignified, and stressless as possible! Lorraine is wonderful at what she does. From the time Fredricks pick up my mom at her house to the time she was placed on her resting site the whole team was comforting, kind and respectful!The viewing was very nice as well and all who attended said there were good vibes and that mom was a special lady. Frederick Funeral Home honored our Mom by giving her the most dignified service and treating us with compassion from the beginning. From the moment my brother Phil and I met with Lorraine to make the arrangements, we were immediately put at ease. Her warmth and understanding made her feel like a family member. She made the whole process seamless, and thought of everything. She went above and beyond and was with us every step of the way to help guide us through this difficult time. Thank you for helping us give our Mom the beautiful tribute and sendoff she deserved.
