“If there were a way to give more than a 5-star rating, we would. We came to Frederick Funeral Home on the day my mother passed away, one of the most difficult and heartbreaking days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, Lorraine was truly a blessing to our family.
She was compassionate, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. She guided us through every decision with care, sensitivity, and professionalism, offering thoughtful suggestions while respecting our wishes. Lorraine made herself available to us even on weekends and on her days off, always responding with kindness and reassurance when we needed it most.
Marie was equally wonderful—a bright light during an incredibly dark time. The entire team at Frederick Funeral Home treated us with genuine warmth, dignity, and respect.
