Fernando and Oscar changed a bunch of fixtures and resolved a shower light/fan issue. They are very nice, and were extremely professional and efficient. Everything looks great and we will definitely use in the future and recommend to others.
Paul was very thorough in explaining our options. They provided top tier products at a very competitive price. When the heat load calculation came back higher than expected, the additional equipment needed (which increased the work load) was extremely reasonable.The crew was terriffic! They did an excellent, neat job. They were very accommodating in some minor changes. There is a lot of equipment involved, and they did as concise and neat a job laying it out and installing it as I could have asked. The job took about two weeks and they were on time every morning and cleaned up at the end of each day.The heat pump mini splits are a very different experience from the hot water radiators we were using. It's only been a few days, and we're learning how best to use them for our needs. My wife had been concerned that they would not heat the house as effectively as the huge, cast iron radiators. That has not been the case! We have more of an issue overheating. Paul has been a great help guiding us, and I'm sure that our heating struggles on the coldest days are in the past.One final thing- get the optional Wi-Fi control and remote sensors. They are a little pricey, but we have 6 head units running on two condensers over two floors. Being able to check the temperature throughout the house before getting out of bed is much better than having to go room to room with the remotes.

Oil change/tire rotation:I called and got a same day appointment, which was great! They changed my oil and rotated my tires. Additionally, they made a recommendation for some work that needs to be done on my next visit. Very helpful, as usual.

My son passed the road test on his first try. My other son also passed on his first try 2 years ago. I have one more son to go.I highly recommend this school. Consistent fair pricing. Great people. Marc - Marvin orders - top notch. Darrin pleasantly will figure out hard orders. George all around thorough. Bottom line is everybody cares. A exact recent experience - got a good lumber delivery, when I went to use the last LVL it had a bow in it. I called Rick at 4:00 didn't tell him how important it was but magically my new 16" LVL was there the next morning. Extraordinary group and company.
