Luckily I found this salon when I was in need of a last minute appointment for professional makeup and my hair done. They were very accommodating & welcoming. All the ladies that work there are super sweet & professional. I loved how the makeup and hair came out & it lasted all night, which was impressive considering my hair usually doesn’t hold curls for long! Over the years, my experience with Downtown Building Services has been consistently professional and rewarding. If there are issues, they endeavor to find ways to resolve them -- always graciously and respectfully. Recently, Adrian did a wonderful job cleaning my windows. He was thorough, took his time and made sure that I was satisfied with the result. Of all the window cleaning services I've tried, Downtown is the best! I recommend them highly.
I got to say. I can't believe that I am the first to rate this spa. I get that it doesn't look great outside. However, once you enter you will be pleasantly surprised by the serene atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, the massage was great. I'm looking forward to next visit.
Great first line of coordinating a plan to find out what my child had due to his congestion. Ultimately it was an ear ache and the proper meds were prescribed.
I definitely recommend BJ , he is the best no doubtttt. But make sure u make an appointment cause a lot of his customers don’t make so they all get to wait a little bit, also at the end of the haircut he uses this nice de la crema what makes my skin very smooth.
I've done my own laundry here and I find the card system to be straightforward and simple, but more often, I use the wash, dry, fold service. I've never been anything but satisfied. The workers are really nice and laundry is always done well and quickly.
