“If I could give more than 5 stars I would, my key fob was inoperable, unable to start my car, I called aaa for assistance and received phone call from Joe asking what problem was. Everything he asked me to try , all over the phone, was not successful , but he would not give up, even suggesting maybe I’d need car towed to a dealer. Then he tried some more and finally the car started! Apparently I was the cause as I mistakenly had put the fob into programming mode , without Joe’s verbal assistance over the 1/2 hr I don’t know what I would of done, my review was the least I could do as this service call was all over the phone with no monetary compensation.“

Jerry heard me about my need, proposed a solution over the phone that I didn’t even know existed, quoted a fair price even with the weekend emergency premium, and showed up about an hour later as he committed.
