He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what work he was doing and why one of our locks needed to be replaced when we weren't planning on replacing it. He also noticed we were missing the lock plate on a door and replaced it free of charge! Very professional. Wore covers on his boots to be considerate of our rugs.
