“How wonderful it was speaking with Bill today about a possible service call concerning our front door lock. He asked for pictures to be texted to him. Within an hour he called back & said someone would be coming between 3 & 5pm. Received a call confirming Steve was on his way. Steve assessed & fixed the problem within 10 minutes. The cost of the part & service call were fair & we did NOT have to buy a brand new entire new lock set. Thank you Steve, it was a real pleasure to have met you & will highly recommend your business to all family & friends.”
