“If I could give more than 5 stars I would, my key fob was inoperable, unable to start my car, I called aaa for assistance and received phone call from Joe asking what problem was. Everything he asked me to try , all over the phone, was not successful , but he would not give up, even suggesting maybe I’d need car towed to a dealer. Then he tried some more and finally the car started! Apparently I was the cause as I mistakenly had put the fob into programming mode , without Joe’s verbal assistance over the 1/2 hr I don’t know what I would of done, my review was the least I could do as this service call was all over the phone with no monetary compensation.“

He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what work he was doing and why one of our locks needed to be replaced when we weren't planning on replacing it. He also noticed we were missing the lock plate on a door and replaced it free of charge! Very professional. Wore covers on his boots to be considerate of our rugs. He did try to charge us more than I was originally quoted here but when I asked he quickly agreed to what we had discussed. Overall great experience! I would use them again.“

“Thanks to Jay for his honesty ..they had replaced a battery in my nonworking key fob at a hardware store.. it didn’t work and the owner told me there was something wrong with the fob.. Car dealer wanted almost $300 to replace,.. Jay at Keystone checked the key fob signal and said it was good , and battery had been put in incorrectly and was a dud anyway..he replaced it with one of his batteries and I ended up paying about $12..he could have charged me for a new key fob… he was honest and I am very grateful..!!“
