Rebecca was my nurse and she was kind and thorough and efficient. Dr Kwok herself also really thorough and nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with was stellar. They are obviously a busy practice because they treat their patients with great care and respect. It doesn't surprise me that it takes months to get an appointment.
