“FirstLight was invaluable to us in caring for my Mom. I never had to worry about coverage because Amy came through each and every time. Amy has the patience of a saint, and is extremely efficient and skilled in her position. Everyone at FirstLight - Amy, Christina, Meghan, Jennifer (forgive me if I’m forgetting anyone - EVERYONE) were absolutely wonderful and caring and kind and compassionate, and it was very comforting to know we were in such good hands. The caregivers - Andrea, Sandra, Clara, Luisa, were outstanding in the care they gave to my Mom. I know Andrea truly loved my Mom, and my Mom loved her as well. They grew very close during the time Andrea was Mom’s caregiver. Sandra, Clara and Luisa were all so very sweet, attentive, and loving toward my Mom, and I will always be forever grateful to them.
